Shelley (Kathleen Puls Andrade) is Sheryl's much more successful and much more married big sister. She is a powerful lawyer in the suburbs of Chicago and is married to Mark, a young, rich surgeon with many visible abs. She loves her sister and thinks she knows what is best for her. But does she?

Mark (Eric Simon) is Shelley's first husband and one of the youngest, richest and most successful surgeons in the Chicagoland area. He uses unconventional techniques and primarily works in the plastic surgery realm. His IQ is rumored to be a soft 85.

Roger (Andy Eninger) is Sheryl's long-time, extremely gay, extremely opinionated best friend. He signs Sheryl up for the reality dating show America's Sexiest Singles in hopes of bringing her out of her shell. He exclusively wears tank tops and has worked in retail for nearly 30 years, though still classifies himself as a twink.
